		<description>I had the exact same problem. I type it in and I’ve done it like ten times and it keeps saying “access denied” and “System error 5 has occurred. Are you sure this works???? Please help me. I followed every last instruction and have tried it like 10 times.</description>

to create a new password for an existing admin do this
