How To Make A Fake Virus

This is an interesting tutorial in which we will create a fake “virus” which can shutdown, restart and log off your pc(Can also write a message and specify the countdown time). This is actually a faster way to turn off your pc, ’cause it doesn’t require clicking START>TURNOFF button etc….And you can always do a little mischief by sending it to your friends ;)


1Create shortcut,(Right click on your desktop and go to new -> shortcut )
2)After this will appear window and that is where you type the code


shutdown -s -t 300 -c "Your Message"


There are few variants , this one will shutdown pc .
To log of computer type shutdown -l -t 300 -c "your message"
To restart computer type shutdown -r -t 300 -c " your message"
The number after -t is the number of seconds countdown there will be before shutdown . After -c write own message , that will come up when shutdown box pops up.

3) Click Next, Finish

4) After this will appear icon on desktop, when someone click it, shutdown box will pops up.

3)How can I stop system shutdown ? Go to Start->Run , then open cmd,write shutdown -a and press ENTER on keyboard, as shown below

    This didnt work on my computer the command prompt only comes up for a second and nothing ever happens

    instead of hacking her myspace account delete everything on her computer. search for .bat tutorial to find how to make it. for good pranks go on google and search .bat pranks and click on the first one

    A few things though, the timer doesn’t appear on vista, why and how can I make it appear? Also I can’t email a Win32 file because i want to email it, an i want to make a longer message gow can I?

    To make longer message change this code -c “Your Message”
    Under quote “” write your message as long as you want. I think that on vista isn’t possible to show timer with this trick.

    Okay, this is not really a virus. It seems to be one but in real it is just a automatic start of a shutdown or reboot.

    so, we hav jst double click on timer virus n it will start its work wen we are far distance frm tat computer!!!

    Awesome Trick. The log off command does not give a warning, it just quickly closed all my programs and logs off. Is that normal?
    As stated before, the command box comes up for a second and nothing happens… But that was on my school computer. I hope it’s not being blocked or something. I’ll try again.
