1.Select Start , then Run , in Run option type cmd. (or  start-&#62;All Programs-&#62;Accessories-&#62;Command Prompt)
2.In Command Prompt (cmd) type DISKPART


3. Then type LIST VOLUME, after this you will get an partition  overview, as shown below
